On the Day:
Log in via Zoom link at 9:15 am (class starts at 9:30 am).
- All classes muted for clear instructions.
- Four classes on-camera to assist Sinéad.
- Off-camera teachers use the chat box for communication.
- Enjoy a 20-min break at 10:30 am, resume at 10:50 am.
- Lessons typically end by 11:30 am.
